Hello,

I have BES 4.1.7 installed on Windows 2003.
I have created new IT policy and successfully assigned it to all existing users.
My question is, how to setup my new IT policy as a default IT policy for new created\add users? I need that when I add new user to the BES server my new policy assign with new user by default(automatically).

you cant, but you can edit the default one but please make a copy of it incase you need to revert to a default one later

I have created a group and associate new policy to this group, then I have moved users in this group and instructed Help-desk to add all new users to this group.

Could also put in a home screen message on default IT policy when phone is locked to say call IT to assign you to a group and have password time out policy set to lowest. Users will call in quick to have it removed.
