I'm not receiving texts from some people who have other carriers. They either get an "invalid number" message or nothing at all. I've contacted my carrier (Centennial Wireless), but they say they don't see anything wrong with my account. My firewall is not enabled, and I'm not blocking anything as far as I know. Is there anything else I can do?

SMS issues are typically issues with the network and not with the device.

Try pulling the battery if that doesn't help or it happens to frequently give a call to your carrier, make sure you are able to receive.

The people who can't send you TXT make sure they have your correct number, maybe they are all on the same carrier.
