I have a Dell laptop with Vista and the 355 Bluetooth adaptor. I performed an uninstall and a clean reinstall of BB Desktop Manager as described elsewhere in this forum. The software installed fine, but when I try to connect via Bluetooth, Vista tells me it needs to install a driver for my device. But it cannot locate the driver, and I can't seem to tell it the right place to look. What gives?

One thing that is strange is that my other identical Pearl worked fine but the replacement will not work . I did not think to check if they were using the same platform
