I have my pearl set up to receive e-mail from my regular (non-Blackberry) e-mail account. I'm not receiving e-mail messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes they take a couple hours to show up on my Pearl. Is there a particular setting somewhere that affects how often new messages are delivered?

E-mail sent to my BlackBerry account arrives almost instantly.

You can resend your service books, by logging into your BIS account, and how long has this been happeneing.

Pretty much since I got this phone. I had my other phone for four days before it was replaced under warranty. I sent service books once already.

There was a major BB outage yesterday so try sending them again it might have something to do with it. It can't hurt to send them.
