From:Place Holder. When user sent email, it appir "Place Holder"

Hello,
Since setting up user's new Blackberry, whichever email address he is sending to his “Full Name” is displayed as “Place Holder” on his BB only.
Recipients see the proper name on received emails.
Please see picture in attached file.
Please help.
Server: BES 5.0.3. Exchange 2010 with DAG, Device: 9900.

How is the user named in Active Directory ?

Besides AD, also check his Contacts. If he has put his e-mail address in a contact called "Place Holder", Blackberry will replace his name with "Place Holder".
It is easy to check that. If you mark the "From: Place Holder" line and then press the Menu button, then choose "View Contact", you will see the Contact that causes this issue.

I have check AD account via Users and Computers and via ADSI edit, no any word about PLACE HOLDER

Hello freakinvibe,
I will ask user to check if contact associated with user.
This problem is appear after we switch user to new BB. New BB was wiped and user was deleted from BES before activation.

Solution.
You were right about Contact associated with user, when I advised to check contact, user find the contact, delete them and create with correct name (it probably was joke).
