Hello all,

i have a huge problem with moving all data from my current HTC Senstation to new one BB 9900. I tired everything without success. Maybe someone of you had the same problem in the past?

i will be really grateful for any information how to do this.

What data do you have to move?

If contacts and calendar, sync your HTC to Outlook and then sync the BB to Outlook. Or you can also sync to Google.

Have you got any idea how can I copy all my messages ?? i've few thousands and I don't want to part with this.

What type of messages - text or email?

Don't think SMS can transfer over.

If email, you would need to send each on to yourself once you get email set up on the BB. Do you really need to save a few thousand messages?

You might check with your carrier to see if they can help.

I think he can also sync the e-mail through Outlook and then again to his BB...although like you, I have to wonder why. I wipe mine ever few months during an OS upgrade. I always have them on my exchange servers anyway...

Using BES, you can get some number of messages back, not thousands, but email typically does not sync using BIS. RIM has some agreements in place to do that with Yahoo and gmail, but even that is problematic.

I want to copy my text massages, contact, mails. I tried to do this by Outlook, but i don't know how to sync my BB with it. I have all contacts on my PC.

As I understand it's impossible to copy text massages ? maybe they are storage somewhere in the telephone (android's files?) ?

You need to use the Blackberry Desktop to "sync" your organize information.

It is one of those options.

As for txt messages you are probably sol.
