And that's what everyone used to say 2-3 years ago about VeriChat, too. And yet, when I tried it on my Nextel
, it could NEVER log me into AIM, not once! It worked fine for Yahoo IM, but it was never able to log me into AIM, there was some problem with it, a problem that was still there through several new versions of the software that I also tried, so I uninstalled it and gave up on it. Luckily I never went beyond the free trial on VeriChat, so at least it didn't cost me anything to find out that it was worthless.
I later d/led and installed the official RIM YIM client, first on my Nextel BB, and then later on my current T-Mo 8700g. It works with no problem, which tells me that the RIM AIM client should, as well.
So, anyone get it working with T-Mobile yet?
