Default BES 5.1, CALICSSynchronizer errors started to appear.

Hi folks

BES 5.1, Windows 2008 SP2, Exchange 2007 environment.

I started getting EventID 10006 about 15 hours ago on my BES Server. It is reporting every 30 minutes or so, but the event doesn't tell me much:

CalICSSynchronizer::Initialize - GetProps failed: (0*8004010f)

I have about 370 BES users, and I've not senn anyone reporting any issues. Could someone point me in the right direction for troubleshooting this to determine what impact it is having, or even what it means....?

Cheers folks
M

I think I have found the root cause. 1 BES user has a 20265 event associated with the Error event of 10006 (event appears at exactly the same time as the Error event in all cases that I have checked).

I checked our Help Centres ticket queue and they have a Ticket in from this very person suggesting he can no longer sync his Calendar appointments....so it seems it affects only this 1 person.

KB22637-"CalICSSynchronizer::Synchronize - Synchronize failed: (0x80004005)" appears in the Windows Event Viewer

This is deffinition of 8004010f error

MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND; 8004010f - 1. User accessing a resource that does not exist, 2. Attempts to resolve a recipient(s) that does not exist, 3. Improperly inputting a value of a field (property) on a Collaboration Data Objects (1.1, 1.2, 1.21) object where the field (property) does not exist.
