Default unable to uninstall desktop manager on mac

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I lost my 9700 so I recently bought a new one from someone. It was a company phone so it has the IT policy installed.

I'm trying to uninstall it, but I can't even connect the phone to my existing desktop manager.

I've been trying to uninstall the DM, but keep getting the error:

"Some BlackBerry Desktop Manager components may not have been removed from your computer. Try re-booting and starting again."

Can someone please advise on how to completely remove DM from my comp? Can the phone be connected to DM without the memory card inside?

Also, how do I delete the IT policy?

Thanks so much!
