Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

Yes far as Micro SD card, you can only save pictures, ringtones, audio or video. Beamberry is a good suggestion.

Default I had the same question

I installed beamberry and noticed it sent the files to the internet to convert and then let me view them.

I did the same thing without Beamberry. It is very simple.

I dropped the PDF files on my card, it shows up as a drive when I connect my BB.

I opened up BB mail and select compose email then select attach file navigate to the card and add your pdf. Send to yourself., or someone else.

Once it is sent you get a copy and can open with the BB Mail program.

You could skip a step by just emailing all pdf files to yourself.

BTW you can put any file you want on the sd card but it doesn't open unless you get an app that can do it. Native PDF formats have been an issue for some time. I used to have a Treo and the palm reader didn't open native PC pdf files. You had to import using the sync and it would convert them to a portable format. I thikn more recently there are apps that will opena native pdf but beamberry is not doing that. It was sending the pdf up and then returning me the converted doc.

Hope this helps, there may be other options I havent found yet but this is what I learned about these today.
