Default No service?

Please Login to Remove!

It's just been oer a week since i got my blackberry 9700 on a monthly contract from T-mobile including web & walk.

Last night just after midnight i realised that it said 'no service' with the zero network bars, just the symbol T. I wasnt able to make any calls, text, web & walk etc, i initially thought it might be some network problem with t-mobile and thought will wait till morning to see if it resolves.

However it didnt resolve in the morning, still said 'no service'. Turned the phone off and switched it back on it didnt resolve but when i took the battery out and the sim and turned it back on it restored the 3G network coverage.

I am still having this problem throughout the day, it seems like after using web & walk and msn messenger and sometimes after making calls it happens.

Is there a fault with the phone? as sim works in other phones (no blackberry as i am the only person with blackberry in my house).

Can anyone help me overcome this problem? It seems like i have to always take out the battery out to fix the problem and sometimes i wouldnt know how long its been with 'no service' as i wouldnt be able to recieve calls or texts or email during that period of time.

Thank you all in advance for your help!

Did you call T-Mo? Sounds to me like it could be a carrier issue.
