Just make sure you go to bed early so you don't wind up with coal in your BB instead.

This specific one is for the Americas from what I get from the first post. I actually thought all the other countries had it already.

You didn't read the first post in this thread, did you, nor the title of the thread?

The funny thing is... With the enhancements offered in 4.5 and BIS 2.5 features, this is proving to be a nice little mini upgrade. I find myself questioning the need to go BOLD anytime soon. Anyone else like minded? (or am I just freaking crazy...)

You just need a good rest this weekend and then your mind will return to normal.

Keep an eye out here on the forum....It'll show up as a sticky for the latest OS for your device.

I just got a bunch of emails a little while ago. Looks like BIS is coming back to life. Looking forward to tomorrow night when they turn it on.

I was down about the same. Perhaps the outage was pushed back, which would be disappointing.

So, I understand this upgrade is for BIS but will people with BES plans also be able to access Hotmail accounts after this is completed, assuming they are running 4.5? Right now I can't even add one. I could a week ago. Maybe I am just in the bubble of the change.

BES plans include BIS access. The BES admin man block you from using it, but your plan itself allows it.

Technically, yes... but that's entirely up to your BES administrator and the IT Policy on your device.

Well, I have been able to add Hotmail ccounts under my BES plan in the past. However, today I deleted the one I had and tried to re-add it knowing that was a requirement after the change. I keep getting an error now saying the account info is invalid. Tried calling ATT but it seems their Blackberry support group is up to their eyeballs with something and can't pick up the phone. My guess is I just need to wait until tomorrow to try it again.

I would suggest you re-read the original post.
The feature upgrade is tomorrow morning, at 2:00am.
