Hello everybodey,

I'm new in the world of BlackBerry, I just get my 8310 BB and I have two questions... Can any1 help me please?

1. How can I use GPS? I mean GPS like free GPS, no internet, no plans, or anything... You know, when u buy normal GPS, u'r not paying for usage...

2. Where can I get some themes? The best would be free, I saw a few ones, that I can buy, but free themes would be the best

my favorite place for themes is pimpmyberry.com free to register, free to download... but you must register to see the download links. I browse on my PC, and email myself the direct download link, then click on it on my bb

Ok, a few new questions are here...

1) How can I browse data in my phone? I downloaded some OTA themes and I understand, that if I start it from my phone, it will install automaticly. But I can't find any broswer in phone...

2) Is it possible to install these themes without BB data plan?

3) Is it possible to turn off keyboard LED? When I watch films at night, it's pretty annoying... I noticed that if I turn all the way UP display (really max), it isn't so annoying, but still I'd rather turn keyboard LEDs off...

To Dubdub: I don't want to map application, I want to use GPS alone... You know, like normal GPS. This isn't possible?

1) You need a BlackBerry Data Plan.
2) Only if you can find them as a ZIP for download to your computer. Not all are available that way.
3) No.
4) Um, you typically need maps to go with the GPS. Unless you are just looking for a track log, in which case you might look at GPSed. http://gpsed.com/ I think it works without data.
