Default Tethering 7105T to wireless router to create mobile internet connection for psp?

Please Login to Remove!

so, i'm wondering if anyone has tried this. and i'm wondering if anyone thinks this might actually work. i don't feel like blowing a crapload of money on this experiment if the whole concept is flawed. so i'm looking for feedback

From what i've been reading, my 7105T (on tmobile) has successfully been tethered to a laptop running the right software so that the internet connection from the phone can be used on the laptop.

while that's all well and good, i don't have a laptop, but i do have a psp that i've been desperately trying to find a way to get a wireless connection on by using my blackberry.

check this out: compusa.com/adproducts/product_info.asp?product_code=332969&pfp=ADPRODUCT S

add that, with one of these: compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=298426&pfp=SEARCH

(sorry about removing the "www" from the links, but i don't have 10 posts yet)

and all the necessary connections are made. phone USB to the adapter, and the adapter ethernet to the wireless access point. i mean, i guess you could try it with any wireless router, but this one is quite portable and seems pretty convienent, and with virtually no setup necessary

so, fire away. what's wrong with my logic here?

Why don't you just set up a wireless connection between the PSP and your wireless router? That works fine for me.

What are you trying to do?

Save your time.

You can use your BB as a modem FOR YOUR LAPTOP, if you have Desktop Manager open, the right code, etc. You can not use the BB as a modem for any other device. Not possible.
