My Blackberry does not support OTA downloads. I use the Desktop Manager. I downloaded the Berry411 app from RimRoad.com and thebogles.com/berry411.html. I have just upgraded my handheld to OS 4.0. When I try to add the app to the Application Loader I receive the following message:

The Application "Berry 411 Search" can not be loaded because some required files are not available.

The following were extracted to my hard drive:
Berry411.alx
Berry411.cod
Berry411.jar
Berry411.mhtml

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I tried the OTA thing and it installed it fine on my handheld. However, when i tried to use the application, I received the following message:

Error starting berry411: Module'net_rim_bbapi_pim' Not found.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like you're missing some OS modules. Load up all the optional OS modules such as attachment service, browser, etc... That should get you going.

load up the app loader from desktop manager and make sure all the options are checked. I don't think you'll need password keeper, help, or dod certs if you don't want them.

I don't see any of the OS software listed. Such as browser, languages, etc... The actually handheld OS software.
