Attachments Not Showing Up When E-mails Have A "Picture" In Signature

I thought I saw a post about this issue before but I can't find it so I am submitting one.
Several of the people I do business with have their E-mail signatures set up with nifty JPEG's of their company logo in them.
Whenever one of these people sends me an E-mail that includes an attachment, the E-mail shows up on my BlackBerry but there is no file attachment shown, or any info that indicates one even exists. The very same E-mail on my compuer clearly shows the file attachment.
Anyone else experienced this or know of a fix for this?

Hi Jarrett,
Yes I'm experiencing exactly the same problem that you have described, also I've just noticed that you are using the same device that I do, the 9700.
There is something really weird. In my Blackberry I've access to both my company account as well as my gmail account, if I forward the email which doesn't show the attachment from the company account to my personal gmail account then I'm able to see the attachment in the new email that it has just arrived on the Blackberry.
I haven't found a solution yet, but I started to notice this since I upgraded to the 9700.

This isn't 9700 specific, I had the same thing happening on my 9530, as well as my 9700. Nice to know someone found a work around for now.

It has to do with the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). I have the same issue. I think only the most current BES versions can show images.

Evil Picture Signature!
So is there a fix for this issue?
Anytime our end users receive an email with an "evil picture signature" attachments are not present on the BB (various new models).
Sending the email to an outside email is not a solution.

One work around, not a solution, is to "get plain text" then the attachment will be there along with the signature picture.

Open the message, then open the menu, and select 'get plain text.'. If the message is already plain text then of course this won't apply.
If BES actually stripped away the image then you are still not going to see it, at least I doubt you will. But try it and see, and post an update when you get the chance.
