Default BES 4.1 upgrade questions

Please Login to Remove!

We are getting set to upgrade to 4.1 SP2 from 4.0.4 BESX. Our corp purchaser placed the upgrade order through our vendor Cingular and then provided me the besx_4.1.2.exe which should be the entire upgrade.

I am a fairly new BES administrator and this is my first upgrade--wouldn't the upgrade procedure ask me for an upgraded key of some sort to authorize 4.1? I want to make darn sure I have everything I need to do this upgrade during the scheduled window.

Any advice? We do not have TSupport.

You should not have to change the key.

That's the Mobile Data Service. In previous version of BES it showed in a tab.
