My sister upgraded to a blackberry pearl. When I go to setup her email, it doesn't give me the opt of a personal email. All it gives me is, I want to use a work email with the blackberry enterprise server or skip setup. When I click the work email it gives me has your blackberry enterprise server provided you with an email. I click yes, and it goes to Enterprise Activation...I'm lost...Help

Was this a new device or did she get a used one? Could it have been on BES previously?

Do you have a BB data plan?

i do now. she did not set the bb data plan up. everything is working now.
