Default Message Shortcuts doesnīt work properly

Hi everyone, it seems that my Boldīs messages shortcuts doesnīt work the way they should, for example: Left BlackBerry User Manual Shortcuts, right my Bold shortcuts

Userīs Manual / My BB

Message
Within a message
* Reply to a message
* Press R / D
* Reply to all
* Press L / T
* Forward a message
* Press F / V
* File a highlighted email message
* Press I / COULDNīT FIND
* View email address of a contact
* In a message, highlight contact
Press Q / OK
To view display name again, press Q

In a message list
* Open a highlighted message
* Press Enter key / OK
* Compose a message from a message list
* Press C / R
* Mark a message as opened or unopened
* Press Alt key + U / COULDNīT FIND
* View received messages
* Press Alt key + I / COULDNīT FIND
* View sent messages
* Press Alt key + O / COULDNīT FIND
* View voicemail messages
* Press Alt key + V / OK
* View SMS text messages
* Press Alt key + S / OK
* View call logs
* Press Alt key + P / COULDNīT FIND
* View all your messages again
* Press Escape key

Moving around a message list
* Move up the screen / COULDNīT FIND
* Press Shift key + Space key
* Move down the screen
* Press Space key / OK
* Move to the top of a message list
* Press T / P
* Move to the bottom of a message list
* Press B / F
* Move to the next date
* Press N / S
* Move to the previous date
* Press P / A
* Move to the next unopened item
* Press U / N
* Move to the next related message

Press the green button > menu > options > general options > turn off dial from home screen.

This is for homescreen shortcuts. This will not work for message shortcuts.

Did you try a battery pull?

Try reloading the OS.

OP, if you go to Messages > Menu Key > Search > Menu Key > Recall, what is listed?

Yes, Have the quickpull app. reloading OS?, donīt feel like do it, still new on BB and have a few 3rd party app that donīt know how to save them or backup them: Thanks

quickpull simulates a battery pull.
actually pulling the battery is better.

That would explain why Alt+U, Alt+I, Alt+O, Alt+P aren't working for you. They are not set up.

You would have to create the search yourself.

Messages > Search > Input your search criteria > Menu Key > Save > Assign a name and Alt + shortcut key.
