Selling a Trademarked and copyrighted logo's theme? thats a no-no. I would let the site that is hosting the Theme know that the theme uses Trademarked and copyrighted material.

The theme is nice...if you like that sort of thing.

Very few teams has spent more weeks at number one than OSU. Like all of the commentator as stating there's no reason they don't deserve to be number one this year. No one has show to be stronger (regardless of schedule). Top rated teams are getting beat by little community colleges : )

Hey - I am trying to load this theme but I have no clue what I am doing. I did the OTA download and it was successful but now it is not showing up in my theme list.
