I have recently just purchased a second hand 9300 curve, I am trying to set the bbm up and on the terms and conditions page, before clicking accept it is asking for a code. This is preventing me from accepting the terms and conditions. I have never seen this before when setting other blackberrys up. I have added the blackberry bolt onto my sim package which is with 02 network in the UK.

Please could anyone help?

Check with the carrier to make sure you have a blackberry data plan.
