Anyone having issues with email being delayed today?

I'm on Rogers - Toronto - delays of 2 hours for some people..

YES! Me too. I can't receive texts or calls, I can check my voicmail but it won't show when I have a voicemail or a missed call! Anyone else having problems like this??
