Hi all,

I'm working on a little app for the BB browser. I've set the MDS simulator up and it works to get to the internet. It also works when I put "****://127.0.0.1/MySite" into the browser, and when I put "****://<my IP address>/MySite" into the browser.

HOWEVER when I put "****://localhost/MySite", it goes "403: Forbidden". Looking at my server logs it appears the request isn't making it to the server (IIS).

I'm keen to sort this, because AFAIK, to debug in IIS/Interdev, you need to go to "localhost" not anything else.

If I try and debug in IE, it works fine too.

Check weather enough rights are applied on xxx8220;MySite" Folder.
(read/write/execute, security etc;)

I recall testing this a year ago, and the problem is that the BES/MDS must somehow reserver the use of localhost for itself. You can use a valid DNS name for the server, and can even just create a hosts entry which points to the IP.
