It is not available in several countries. Depends upon where you are.

The way I read it, OP can't access it and knows that the reason is the country where the service provider is located, and wants a work around. But I don't know any solution if RIM doesn't provide or allow access.

No work around that i know of other than move to a place where you can get a BB data plan and access.

..... Not a work around to use app world, but every third party app I use is available from another source as well as app world. And perhaps all the RIM apps can probably be downloaded from blackberry.com, maybe even where app world is not supported.

That's the best solution I'm aware of: If app world is supported for you, look for other sources (the developer's web site, online stores, blackberry.com...)
