I was trying to upgrade my Rim 8100 for the first time, I downloaded and installed the BB desktop manager(Desktop Manager 4.7.0 B59 English - Without Media Manager) in my computer finally but it is not connecting together, I tried with another computer system, but it is giving me the same problem. Please I need help out of this problem so that I can proceed further. 1 luv.
