Default Bold 9000 Boot Error

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Friends,

I downloaded opara mini and installed into my which after it completed, it requested for a reboot. I ok it, it went rolling and came up with the error Reload software: 552

Pls, what do I do now bcos I dont wanna loose my data? Someone should pls help me oooooo!!!

Sorry, but you are going to have to reload the OS. If you don't have a backup, then you will most likely lose your data.

See the yellow sticky at the top of the 9000 section for the latest OS and instructions. Follow them exactly and be patient as it can take an hour or longer.

Hello Mr Dubdub,

Thanks for finding time to reply to my post. You never heard from me all the while because I was away. It was last night I tried the instructions found on the link you sent. But the problem is not being solved still. When it gets to final stage after clicking finish, it will try connecting and then returns a message that the application was not able to connect to the phone. So, I don't know what to do next.

Hello Friends,

Thanks to God! My bb is back working. I gave it to a technician who help me fixed it. But may I know what I should do to prevent such from happening again? And is there any way I can back up my data over the air so I don't loose my data in case of any sudden mishaps?
