Please Login to Remove!

Nope. The intention is for them to share cookies and not log out out of anything, and keep you logged into both at the same time.

I just added another piece of code that I was told could solve the problem. Even though you must hate me by now, can you clear your cache, remove cookies and try again?

No change. When I click the BlackberryFAQ link at the top it clears my cookies. I click it again and it clears them again. I click it one more time and it lets me in but I'm logged out of BBF when I come back.

What did you do? I've cleared cookies, cache and closed browser but still get logged out when I go to the faq. Using IE7

No idea what to suggest next. Try it from your blackberry browser or another machine and see if it works. (so it can show you what its supposed to look like)

Tried with Netscape and I still get the "all cookies cleared" message but it doesn't log me out of BBF. I can go back and forth after the first "all cookies cleared" message.

I am rather sick of this message and I don't even get to see it. I have no idea why its doing this. There is no DNS to propagate.. there is absolutely no reason this should be happening.

Lol, I shouldn't add to it I'm sure, but I decided to try this as well...
If I am logged into BBF, Using Firefox, I click the FAQ link at the top, and same thing that happened to JC happens to me.. "cleared cookies" 3x, then I'm logged out...
*shrugs*
But if I'm not logged into BBF, I can go straight to FAQs just fine

Same here. I have tried Safari from a Mac and from a PC, then IE7 and FireFox.

But it's nice to have the other mirror FAQ though. Thanks for letting me know about it in the General BBForums.

May the force be with you!

Ahhhh, so I'm not the only one getting logged off/cleared cookies when I click the faq link. (I was out of town and on wap all the time when the switch was made.) I've had same experience as others. No new discoveries. (Just happy it occurred to me to look here before I started a thread!)

ADDED: Me, too. Cleared cache and cookies. Ended up rebooting for another reason. No fix. Still same problem. WINXP, IE7.
