Basically, I was upgrading software for my BB on my laptop when my BB decides to turn itself off, my laptop no longer recognises it and it will no longer turn on. All that I get is the little red indicator flashing at me. None of the buttons work and It wont turn on - even after I've removed the battery for over 12 hours. Any suggestions?
