So I was trying to update my phone and let the software run and my computer fell asleep. I'm not sure if the update was complete or not (phone looks the way it looked when I bought it, slightly faster than pre-update) but all my contacts are gone besides my my fav's! Any help here? Also, it won't let me get the 5.0 update. Says I have to be a Blackberry service subscriber? When I tried to update on my Mac the 5.0 update starts, but stops half way saying there is not enough memory. Someone please help!

Update (no pun intended) - I got the v5.0.0.900 update after deleting some programs but my contacts are still gone =/
