i need a bit of help, i must validate my password every two weeks or so, how can i get this to go away, or just take longer between validation periods?

I have a somewhat related problem - I recieved a meesage that I need to revalidate my password in order to reactivate service. I assume that would be simple enought to do but alas I dont know my password. Blackberry has been kind enough to send the password to my Blackberry, but of course since its deactivated at the moment I cant get the password in order to revalidate it. What to do?!
