Vodaphone theme clearing previews

Ive had my curve for about a week and i love it for the most part. I am using the vodaphone theme which previews and missed calls, emails and sms mms messages on the today screen. The only problem that I am having is if I open one of the previews items (lets say I look at the missed call) all the other previews get cleared from the today screen. I would like it if each preview stayed until I actually opened that particular one.
Has anyone else had this problem?
