I have a replacement for my 7130 and have some downloaded apps on it. I would like to xfer these to my replacment device from my old device (same model / carrier, old device has an issue and is being RMA'd). I cannot figure out how to do this. Is ther away to transfer the apps from one device to another without downloading them again?

The backup/restore only does data and not apps.

you can do it through desktop manager. your apps, if installed from your PC (the same PC) will still be there. just use the application loader to reload them into your replacement. that should work.

You have to use the Desktop Manager as mentioned above. Apps won't transfer with a backup and restore.

If you purchased any apps with registrations keys, you may also need to contact the software company. Alot of developers use the BB Pin to create the registration keys. Most developers understand this and if you email their support with your problems, they will work with you on getting new keys.
