So i was playing around in Plazmic the other day before I got my 8700 and its something i've adapted to quite nicely. I know alot of people have said they'd love to themes but they don't neccesarily have the time to do Icons,etc. IN addition to bringing it into Plazmic. My graphics expertise is somewhat... meh, so my graphics are a little sketchy. That being said, if someone would like to team up and build themes together - PM me or PIN me, and I'd be glad to take the graphics you create and turn them into a fullfledged theme.
