corrupt themes

Hey I downloaded a nba theme from blackberry app world and when I received the option to restart my fone I did so and now I don't have a device list in order to go to options and delete that theme.. Pleeez assist..what can I do that doesn't require me to download software cause my usb/charger socket is also broken..won't be able to plug it in
