Options-> Status shows 90% battery, but the battery icon on the home screen shows full battery.
Any fix for this?

No. The icon is only an estimation. It will change eventually.

Drain the battery to 10% or so a coople times in a row with a full recharge each time to help recalibrate the battery meter.
