Hi....I am new to the blackberry world. So, I know how to backup my blackberry. What I don not understand is this "ipd" and that it is not supported by any program on my computer. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

It is supported by Blackberry Desktop Manager.

You can search for a program called ABC Amber.
