a) They would only know when they were releasing it to carriers
b) NDAs are legally binding by the way

My *guess* would be November some time. But's only a guess. The 8320 drops here in the US the end of September and I'm guessing 4.3 for the rest of the BB's will come shortly after that...hopefully.

Don't know what's up with that. Although, TMobile just pulled the 4.2 upgrade for the 8700 from their download site.
