There is a Chinese Language support. It is called Pinyin and it works on a Qwerty keyboard where various combinations of three letters will produce choices of Chinese characters.
I have no idea if you can import this onto a Pearl Flip though. It is very unlikely to be pre-installed.
You can install Chinese support through the Blackberry Desktop software, you don't have to do anything special, just select it as something you wish to install on the Blackberry. I have Simplified Chinese on mine, but Traditional is also supported (it's a separate install). Also both Pinyin and stroke input are supported.
