Depending on the scratches you may be able to use rubbing compound (found at auto parts stores) to remove the scratches, then a buffer to finish it off.

You may need to replace the whole case. Try: http://www.promobility.net/html/blackberryparts.shtml

Default changing clear screen that is scratched

I read the forums before getting my 7100t, and now that I have it, you guys weren't kidding about the sub-par material of the clear screen cover.

A few days ago, my one week old 7100 fell/slid down my pant leg (it really wasn't a fall), and skittered about 2 feet, face down, on my hardwood floor. Sweeping aside the dust bunnies, I retrieved my phone from under the bed and remembering the warnings of soft clear plastic, gingerly dusted off the display.

Only to find...SCRATCHESSSSSS!!!!!

Ugh.

Anyways, I followed the link above to see about purchasing a replacement screen, but they're not offered yet. Anyone know of any other vendors?

Thanks.

I've treated mine like gold. Haven't dropped it once. Just the insertion and removal from the case it came with has produced a long straight scratch on the left side of the screen and a shorter straight one on the right. It's quite noticeable when the screen is backlit as you can see where the color is off at these two lines. It looks REALLY bad and all I've done it put it in and out of it's holster!! I've been pretty pissed about it.

Default Actually scratched my screen in my pocket!

After owning my 7100t for one entire day, I noticed some small scratches on my screen just from being in my pocket. The next day i went out immediately and got some pda screen protectors, custom cut to size and vola! Sure it impares the visibility, especially in the sun, but what the heck, no more scratches!

That's why I bought the Premium Leather pouch from RIM, the inside is really soft and I don't think that it would scratch the face in the long term.
