hey guys
i just found out about this forum.
i have 7100t with tmobile, sad thing is i dont have internet plan with my bb...
is there a way to transnfer ring tone, wallpaper and pictures from my computer to bb through usb cable?

You can transfer Wallpapers if they're part of a theme.

I also have a T-Mobile 7100t w/out internet :( and was also curious if you could upload wallpapers or themes by utilizing the BBHM program.

Sorry for being such a "newb" option94, but could you possibly elaborate anymore on how exactly this would work? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer pictures from your PC to your BB without a 3rd party application. GTphoto and Ascendo photo are applications (I believe) that will suit your needs. Otherwise, you will have to email them to yourself from your BB as an attachment and then save the pic. You can also download OTA (over the air, or by browsing the web).

As for ringtones, there are a couple of sites made for BB browsers that host ringtones. I seem to remember a way to transfer ringtones via USB cable. A little digging might turn up some useful information.

There is a thread on this forum about transfrering Wallpapers/tones with out a data plan. this thread out. It's not simple or quick but supposedly it works.
