Hey. Thanks in advance for any help. Im debating on purchasing an 8700c and had a quick question. When is see most of the advertisments and pictures of the 8700g, I like the way the OS desktop looks (kinda 3Dish) compared to the 8700c pictures (looks somewhat plain). I hear that they are basically identicle except for minor details like certain email functions and such. Is it just the pictures or do they both have the same OS desktop design? If not, is there a way to make them the same since they are "identical"? Thanks in advance.

Basically, you can run any 8700 series OS and theme on any 8700 series handheld. Installing some vendor themes requires a little extra effort.

Exactly. They're almost identical, so what it boils down to is the cell provider you prefer.
