My BB is stuck in a white loading screen, need help please?
Please Login to Remove!
My BlackBerry 8520 was working for a day ago, but now when i turn it on there is only a white screen with something in a shame of a square clock.
When I reject the battery and reset it. The red light flashes few times, and then it show's me the white screen with the clock/timer thing.
There is another problem because I'm not sure which BlackBerry Desktop I should use, if it matters.
I hope anyone would like to help me.

How long have you waited for the clock to go away?
Mine does that as well, the first few times it would take awhile, a few min at least. Have you tried waiting it out? I know it sounds dumb, but I almost didn't because I felt like it was taking quite awhile, but I'm glad I did because it did start up after a bit.
Other than that, I'm not too sure.

Not sure, it is loading and loading, never stops. It's wierd, because it worked for a day ago, but is it working now for you?

What did you do just before it happened the first time?
Did it get wet? Did you drop it? Did you load 3rd party apps? Update the OS?

I did
I didn't do that, i had it in my room, it didn't get damaged or something.
i was putting the SD card in (16giga) and sim, and battery and then it worked. but later that night it stopped, working. And i thought the battery was low, but now it won't let me even dial my pin code. it only shows this white screen.

If you connect it to your PC, does Desktop Manager detect the device?
Do you have a backup of your data?

But whne you say back up, i got musik pictures and that stuff on computer so doesn't matter if i loose that, but the program on the phone, will that be deleted if I am able to erase the phone memory?

You contacts, SMS, email, settings, etc.
Have you ever created a backup using Desktop Manager?

I am talking about before you ran into this issue. Not right at this moment.
http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ilanguage.html
Click that link, download the OS and then follow steps 1 and 2.
Once you've completed those steps, follow these steps:
What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ
Be patient as it may take multiple attempts before it connects.

Just a warning, that you will lose all of your data as you've never backed it up. However, you will have a working phone again.

You need to use the OS for the 8520 which is what I posted above.
I just clicked to verify. At the top it says "Latest OS: 8520 4.6.1.465/4.6.1.314 (Multilanguage)"
