Look at the top of the 8320 section of these forums. There are "sticky" threads with instructions for your model device.

What do you want to upgrade - the device itself or the OS?

I never recommend upgradign the OS unless there is a problem. If it works as you want and need, it is therefore not broken and doesn't require fixing. The best OS you can do on the 8320 is OS 4.5.
