I want to add Arabic language as input and interface but i couldn't do that

There's no other option. You need to load the multi-language version to your computer and check the language files you want. And then install it to the device.

From where did you download the device OS?

I did download it from the blackberry website

I am capturing my screen now to show you the desktop program I have I mean the one for my blackberry

This is the OS I have on my computer and it says that it is a multilingual but there is no Arabic.

What exact file did you download?
Did you try selecting an Arabic country when you installed it?
If you did all of that and it doesn't show up, then it must not be available.

did you try by changing os? os 4.6 has arabic language. try, i think u will be able...
