Default iPhone to Curve: Best Browser?

Please Login to Remove!

I love my blackberry, but after coming from the iPhone, the browser on the iPhone kills the browser on the Berry.

Is there any way to get tabbed browsing? What's the best browser? If I install a 3rd party browser, can I make it the default browser so links from emails open up when I click the link?

THANKS!

Safari browser is definitely superior!!!!

But BB's primary mission is email.

operamini and minuet are a couple browsers you can try

iPhone browser is superior.

I didn't care, cause my bb broswer was fast, and I didn't care for "full" web browsing. Lately it was extremely slow. I ended up using opera mini again and it seriously loads up sites 10x faster than my BB broswer.

I dunno whats going on, device? t-mobile? But before the slowness, I was completely happy with my bb broswer.

I just went to www.operamini.com with my Blackberry 8310 Curve, and I was told that my phone is not detected and that I coule install low memory or high memory operamini browser. But there is a link just to download high memory version.

First of all if someone can answer me , is browsing, with browser different from original BB browser, subject to additional payment ? I mean, my provider told me to use Blackberry default browser (Internet browser) and I would be sure that traffic is included with monthly subscription. Any other browser they don't know exactly, but they think it will count traffic as additional !?

Further more, can someone comment this what I run into on operamini.com . My phone is not detected and I was presented to download just high memory version.

just download the hi-res version and install, make sure you have your TCP settings right, then do a battery pull if you encounter issues after installation; as for the charging scheme, im still trying to figure that out too

Ill never go back to Apple again. I know a good thing when I see one, and Blackberry is it.

In accordance with everyone here. That's why I have an iPod touch and a BB. Mobile Safari dominates anything else out there!! Hands Down. I love my BB to death, but it's a messaging device.

Too bad Apple won't license it. Imagine mobile Safari on the BB.

If there was any way the iphone could have BBC on it it would make so much more money. Almost like what they did when they allowed office on the computers. you give in a little to gain more market share.
