We are currently running BESX : 5.0.1.4.

Is it possible to setup Redundancy/High availability with the Express version? If so what are my options? Any advise or documentation would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

High Availability is not included with BES Express.
You'd likely need to implement a third-party solution for HA. Something like Neverfail.

High availability is officially only available for the full BES.
