SRP Status displays unknown

Recently completed an upgrade of BES from version 2.24 to 4.03. My Version of Lotus Domino is 6.5.4 with Fix Pack 1. After completing the upgrade successfully, and completing a round of testing to ensure everything was correct, which was successful.
24+ hours later, my upgraded BES is collecting pending messages (up to around 5000 at the moment), and in the BES manager, the SRP Status is displaying as Unknown. This is occurring whether I open the manager directly on the server or on a remote console.
I suspect that these two issues are related, but I haven't found any information on how to resolve this particular SRP Status, or even what it means; I don't know if it a configuration issue with my BES, my network, an issue at RIM, or with the SRP itself (although it does validate successfully, as do my network tests).
I have already tried:
1) Re-entering my SRP ID and authorization code
2) Cycling BES
3) Cycling the Entire Server.
If anyone has any thoughts, I would love to hear them. Thanks,
