Hey again, well since I have Windows Vista, and 7250 running with v4.1 so I can't make my own themes.

So would anyone be nice enough to make one for me? I'll even supply the images if you want. What I want it to be off is a marijuana theme.

Homegrown...go to plazmic.com, download the free software, read the instructions, and you can make your own. Be prepared to do some reading.
