cannot make call frequently, when I try to dial, keeps asking me if I want to assign certain key associated with the number/letter key I pressed. Called support the other day, today again we hard reset and reinstalled software, seemed to help till I brushed up against some keys on pad then when tried dialing again, kept asking same question. I say no I do not want to assign speed dial key and keeps asking me. tried going into phone options and smart calling, support said supposed to have a menu option to turn off speed dialing completely, but no such option(I Never use speed dialing). They had me try pressing function or ALT key then try dialing, it worked once but then had same problem again. Called radio shack where I got phone and they tried it on their BOLD, they've never had that problem, they said to bring it in and exchange for new one, it doesn't sound like a hardware problem though. HELP!!!
