Default All texts and call log keeps deleting automatically. What gives?!?!

Please Login to Remove!

This thing is driving me crazy. It did the same thing last week. I'll get a text from someone and a couple minutes later it will just dissapear. Plus all incoming and outgoing calls are deleted from the call log. I can't figure it out, it's driving me nuts. Could a wireless internet connection somehow effect the phone. All we use at work is wireless so there are several wireless modems and such. I don't know I'm at a loss. Anybody? Thanks!

I would like to clarify if you are doing any type of cleanup or deleting messages (SMS or Voice Call Logs) in the main message screen?

You need to check and see ho much free space you have on your device. If you go to Options > Status check the File Free parameter. When the memory gets low (maybe under 15MB) that may start happening. There is also a FAQ on BlackBerryFAQ.com that shows how to maximize the free memory available.

I'm not doing any sort of cleanup or deleting on my own. They're just dissapearing. Sometimes though it will go a few days without deleting anything. Then all of a sudden they will all be gone. I checked on the File Free Parameter and it says 0 Bytes. I'm gonna search that FAQ to see how I can maximize my memory. Thanks! Any other ideas please fire away.

For a quick memory free up try pulling the battery out of the device (while the device is on) and then reinsert 10 seconds later. That may free up some memory. If you have a memory card then move any ringtones or pictures to the memory card.

How do I move pics from the phone to my memory card? I click on "MOVE" but it doesn't make sense to me from there.
